10.0No wonder this Lodge is highly rated!. While in Gatlinburg, it is off the beaten path but yet walking distance to everything! So very close to the National Park. Our room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities that you would need. Everyone was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

10.0Great location with spacious clean rooms. Love the balcony overlooking the river. Staff is always helpful & friendly.
If you don’t like outside noise, don’t stay here.
4.0The rooms are clean and beds are nice. It is convenient being close to town, so for that it is 2/5. However, I am not sure how this place won any travel awards. The noise is horrible! I travel at least once a month and have never experienced outside noise quite like this. When your neighbor or the person above you leaves their room, it should like yours is getting broke into. We stayed here 3 nights. Every night 3-5AM there was a trucks backup beeping alarm that woke me up, sounding like an aggressive alarm was going off IN my room(maybe a business delivery?). Plus the slamming doors at all hours of the night…. I didn’t get one night of sound sleep due to the noise. I paid over $600 for 3 nights. To top it off, I could hear the neighbors conversations, and could tell when their AC kicked on/off. 😅
