Normal abwesend. Nor Ärger und Zeitverschwendung.
1.0Die tolle, aber automatische Antwort die ich erhalten habe. Wenn das alles eingehalten worden wäre, wäre alles super gewesen.
− An der Unterkunft war, obwohl die Rezeption geöffnet hätte sein sollen, niemand da. Per Telefon, Mail und App hat sich niemand gemeldet. Auch der Kundenservice von booking.com hat sich in den angegebenen 24h nicht gemeldet. Musste abends spontan eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Mivel nem tudtunk bejutni, így csak az üzemeltetőről van rossz véleményem
1.0− 6 éjszakát töltöttünk Szicíliában, nagyrészt Catania környékén, de 2 napra át akartunk menni Palermoba és Cefaluba. Vasárnap már írtam a bookingon keresztül a szállásadónak, hogy hétfőn kb mikor érkezünk, majd hétfőn a whatsappon ( ami az ő kérése volt ) is megerősítettem az érkezésünk időpontját. Semelyik platformról nem kaptam választ, a szállás zárva volt, hiába hívtam, nem vette fel a telefont, így este kénytelenek voltunk 250 km-t vezetve visszatérni Cataniába. Hát nem így terveztük, borzasztó fáradtak és csalódottak voltunk. Ennek egy hete, azóta sem kaptunk semmi visszajelzést tőle. Így én nem ajánlom senkinek.
Awful experience
1.0Our experience with this hotel was totally dramatic, because we had not received our room when we arrived there and we neither received any information from the hotel regarding our booking at least explaining what is the situation and that we don’t need to come (and obviously search for another accommodation taking into consideration our late hour arrival) as the hotel got in troubles. We still have no idea what happened to the hotel but we got a very experience what of course affected our stat in beautiful Cefalu. So we simply want to warn other potential visitors to be cautious while choosing this hotel.
