9.0Location is very close to beach, city park, bernard avenue. Staff are nice and welcoming. Room is clean. Free coffee, tea in the morning. Cold water was helpful to beat summer heat.
− Hotel structure can use a few renovs like in the other reviews. If you are sensitive to road noise, it can be loud.

We liked Kelowna.
8.0Nice room but on main road and very busy. Good location despite this, opposite City Park.
− Noisy road. Dirty jacuzzi, and sticking bathroom door.
