9.0The staff at the Holiday Inn Express were very nice. The rooms were good and the age of the building was noy bad.
− I can tell that there was some age to the building but all and all it was a nice stay. The rooms look like they were clean.
Place was great … little pricey…but I don’t travel much so maybe it wasn’t..

I left in an hour, it was horrible!
1.0I was only there about an hour before packing up and getting out quickly.
− The TV and internet connections were not working at all. Someone tried to get it running but that didn't work. The room was uncomfortable and felt like a prison cell or bunker with concrete ceilings and everything echoed. The air was very dry, which bothered my nose only 2 months after major surgery. The front desk staff rolled eyes when I requested a refund and rudely proclaimed in an annoyed tone, "you have to take that up with the booking company" so I left. I found another hotel without booking.con and saved money and slept great. I will be disputing the charges.
