2.0no towels in room, called for towels and i was told to come way to the front desk. tv was not working so when i went to front desk for towels i told staff about tv not working and i was told maintenance would come check out tv. no one never came. no extra lock on door so felt unsafe. price for that kind of room should have been half the price i paid
