− We didn’t get in it. The owner was unreachable so we had to book an Air B&B all at extra cost. Nothing nearby available on Booking.com but the same property was available on Air B&B. No phone numbers worked , no response from the e mail we sent so we had to frantically find new accomadation which was an hour away and we were racing in the morning. Not the best build up when we should have been getting relaxed and ready.

4.0− There is a £150 cleaning charge, the floors were dirty and i cleaned them myself. The extractor fan in our on suite was permanently on which kept us awake and the sink was dangerous to get to. The top of the dishwasher was missing. There was an overwhelming smell of damp through out the property. There was a hole in another en suite ceiling with tissue stuffed into it. For the price of it I am really dissatisfied, I did message the property but no response. The games room downstairs stunk and could not go in there. I would not stay here again. They also have the cheek to charge a 250 holding fee on top

− En suite bathrooms not very clean with dirty shower curtains . Dishwasher leaked over kitchen. Kitchen tacky and glasses not particularly clean

8.0The house had lovely communal spaces so we were able to sit together comfortably. Drymen was a lovely village with a shop, bakery, breakfast place and 2 great pubs. It was a short drive to Loch Lomand with beautiful walks and things to see. I would definitely recommend.
− The cleaning wasn't great, the oven and the grill were dirty. We reported this to the owners so hopefully it will be better for the next guests.
