8.0Posizione incredibile, vista sul monte monaco e sul mare molto suggestiva! Parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura. Tranquillo e silenzioso. Aria condizionata. Accoglienza ottima, self check-in.
− La stanza era leggermente piccola, e girava poca aria. La cucina comune era priva di utensili per cucinare e lasciata un po a sé stessa, ma comunque molto bella con un tavolo spazioso. Poca carta igienica.

3.0L'unico vero punto di forza di questa struttura è la posizione: si trova a pochi minuti dalla splendida spiaggia di San Vito Lo Capo e vicino al centro. Purtroppo, per il resto la nostra esperienza è stata estremamente deludente. L'aspetto più grave è stato senza dubbio lo stato di pulizia dell'appartamento. In cucina abbiamo trovato ragnatele con ragni di grandi dimensioni, segno evidente di una pulizia superficiale o addirittura assente. Il bagno era in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: la doccia era ricoperta di calcare, con sporco accumulato nelle guide e nelle guarnizioni. Anche il condizionatore emanava un cattivo odore, probabilmente dovuto alla mancata manutenzione e alla mancata pulizia dei filtri. Come se non bastasse, per tutta la durata del soggiorno un persistente odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno invadeva l'intero appartamento, rendendo l'ambiente davvero sgradevole. È un vero peccato, perché la posizione della struttura è eccellente e potrebbe rappresentare un grande valore aggiunto. Tuttavia, la totale mancanza di cura nella pulizia, la scarsa manutenzione e un'accoglienza inadeguata hanno compromesso la nostra vacanza. Personalmente non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

− mancavano di campioncini e poca carta igienica, il bagno e la doccia piccoli e scomodi, un solo specchietto nel bagno, ho trovato 2 insetti vicino al letto, posizione della casa molto scomoda perché molto lontano dalla spiaggia, per cui ho per forza noleggiato delle biciclette, condizionatore che gocciolava in camera, il minifrigo sporco e con la muffa
