10.0Service in the lounge was amazing. Very nice waiter named Lester served us throughout our experience; he was smiling and very very friendly! Highly recommend for a luxury stay.

10.0Very pleased with the hotel as we like a nice place to stay at the end of our trips and this was ideal. Definitely a luxury hotel with great offerings and lots of smiles. The rooms were well appointed and beds very comfortable (especially after I got an extra mattress topper). Plenty of drinking water and toiletries etc. The pool area is shared with the neighbouring hotel but it is very nice with plenty of beds and was warm. There are many services in the hotel and I got a manicure which was reasonably priced. Even though the hotel is near the water it is difficult to walk to as access paths blocked off, otherwise generally great to access to harbour and shopping area behind. The Club dining was excellent, best I've seen in a while. We stayed in a Club room which was the only disappointment of the stay as room didn't quiet have the luxury feel (but still nice) and the Club dining room was often overcrowded with additional people, some times had to wait an hour to get a table (or you could have dinner taken to your room).
Superb hotel with great staff
10.0This hotel is great. Very convenient for travel and sightseeing. Metro access on walking distance. Easy uber pickup. The hotel itself has very nice rooms, a great pool, many restaurants, the breakfast is excellent and is in a good state plus very clean. The club lounge in this hotel is super and also the club staff. The staff in the hotel is just excellent, very supportive, professional and extremely kind on each level so from management level to doormen or cleaner. We loved this hotel and will be back.
