Maison avec un fort potentiel et bien située (pas loin de l'autoroute pour ceux qui traversent l'Italie).

− Potentiel gâché par un abandon total des lieux. La piscine est dans un état déplorable, tout est vieux, rouillé, odorant... Le chien (staff), bien que gentil, à été laissé seul pendant toute la durée du séjour. Nous avions réservé cette maison pour profiter de la piscine et se reposer en famille et n'avons finalement rien pu faire. Décevant.

Nice pool and garden. Apartment that fits a family of 5 well. Clean. Friendly and helpful owner. We had no problems with AC and fan, it worked well. Photos on Booking are representative. Previous reviews are not quite fair. Yes, you do live in someone’s home. Yes, the furnishing and decoration reflects the owners personal style. Yes, the owners are around and use their living room and garden. Don’t expect the above to be otherwise in a Bed and Breakfast. Yes, the TV is small - is this really a problem when you’re on vacation? All in all the cost for 5 people per night reflects the fact that it is a Bed and Breakfast, its location and state well according to us. You can expect to get what you pay for. Works well for 1-2 nights when you just drive by the area and wish to see Verona, wouldn’t recommend for a prolonged relaxing holiday.

− The property is located adjacent to a motorway, which you don’t see but the noise is there. Very hard to park a larger car (ex city jeep) due to how the driveway of the house is planned. Almost didn’t fit our car through the gates. No parking possibilities outside of the property unfortunately. The owners speak Italian and french only, which we don’t. The language barrier still worked well with some help from google translate.

Very odd stay experience - family with small children and a dog, renting out a small part of their home. Description indicated a shared kitchen, which was false and we could not cook as we had planned, so this was very disappointing, but we were allowed to use the pool for a while, which was great. Shared common area was also nonsense, as little children were watching TV there. Payment at property was only possible in cash, which was unexpected and would have been good to know prior to arriving there. Room with bunk beds was very hot in the evening even with a/c on, so I would recommend a fan in that part of the rented space. I do not recommend this property for long term stays
