Exceeded expectations on all fronts.
8.0As central as could be, lovely views, clean, spacious and modern. Correspondence from Quay was immediate, concise and friendly. Drop boxes for key is simple. Restaurants and Bars very close. Spot on in every respect.

Quay holiday staff are awesome. Purbecks could have done better.

− We had no hot water for 4 days and couldn’t shower. The heating also didn’t work but Quay holidays staff provided us with a heater. We cut our stay short by 4 days because of this.
Lovely stay in a safe and secure property.
8.0Great location. Instructions re parking and entry easy to follow and felt safe and secure at all times. Bottle of wine in the fridge was a very nice gesture from Quay Holidays .Apartment had everything you could want for a self catering holiday. When I say everything I mean everything - fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine , cooker/oven, microwave and every piece of crockery, pan, utensil you would have at home. If you wanted to cook full meals you could. Washing powder, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid provided as well as tea towels. Bathroom with shower over bath and plenty of white towels - only limited toiletries but not a problem as prefer my own. Staff at Quay Holidays have an office on site and are happy to help with any issues. They were so helpful that they provided two lovely girls to act as witnesses at our wedding which was in the local Guildhall. Thank you Katie and Savannah for being so lovely and taking the time to be there on our special day.
− There is ongoing renovation at the building but in all honesty it did not detract from our overall enjoyment .
Good to know
PLEASE NOTE – Cladding works to this side of the building are nearing completion. Scaffolding wrapped in protective sheeting that blocks the view is still erected with materials, workmen and the site office on site. Juliette balconies cannot be opened during this time but windows can be. External works are due to be completed at the end of May. Works to the internal communal hallways are due to be completed in August.
Price reductions of 20% have been applied to the price of the property until the end of May.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
