Very good value for cost, all facilities worked well, exceptionally clean and convenient---thumbs up

4.0− Broken tiles in the bathroom, painted sink bowl, needs to replace faucet.
Overall good. Price was high but busy weekend in Lake Okoboji.
8.0Clean and nice rooms. Staff was great. Very nice and attentive.
− Trash out side and people smoking which didn't really bother me just no ashtrays outside. On thing the side door didn't lock so anyone could go in and out as they pleased.
