1.0They gave me the wrong key and I walked into someone else’s room while they where in the shower I told the front desk and ZACK said oh sorry and when I told him I wanted a refund or discount he said I can’t stay somewhere else if I want. I have it recorded on my phone I have a case number with corporate as well STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
