8.0היינו באגף החדש, החדרים גדולים ונקיים, האמבטיה גדולה, היה גם אמבטיה וגם מקלחון ארוחת הבוקר היצה מצויינת, אווירה מעולה שבת לאכול כשממול חלונות גדולים והכל ירוק.
− מהלילה השני המזגן לא עבד, חזרנו מיום טיול מאוחר וגילנו שהמזגן לא עובד. צילצלנו לקבלה והפקידה אמרה שיש תקלה ואין צוות שיתקן. צילצלנו שוב כי היה חם מאוד בחדר (28 מעלות צלסיוס) ואז התברר שהתקלה בכל הקומה . ביקשנו שיחליפו לנו חדר והפקידה הציע חדר ברמה הרבה יותר נמוכה ממה שהזמנו. הפקידה היתה חסרת סבלנות וחסרת אמפטיה.
