Our Grandstay was GRAND!
10.0Such a welcoming atmosphere at this hotel! From booking to our departure, we could not be more satisfied. I usually call the hotel directly for reservations and knew after that conversation that this was a good choice! Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Beth, the general manager. We asked for a quiet room as I am not a good sleeper. Accommodations were made........had a very sleep. Hotel very clean. Pool area very well maintained. All staff friendly and we are planning our next stay there soon! Again, it is the People Factor that make the experience and Beth Floding and her staff do just that! Sincerely , Deb Winn

7.0Clean and comfortable. Happy that the hotel was pet friendly. The front desk person personally came to our room to help get our heater working (had to be reset).
− The shampoo ran out. Also the heater wasn't working at first, but that was resolved nicely as stated above. Had to wait for clean pool towels, but got some fresh from being laundered and folded, so that also was happily resolved.
Easy check-in and out!
