− Since my payment and reservation was made through Booking.com they still asked me for a CC to have on file in case of damages, breakfast was not available and they didn’t give any reason why they didn’t have any, receptionist just said no breakfast and she didn’t know why.

− It's a hot tub was not working and the breakfast was very basic. It wasn't informed about the hot tub at check in, I figured it out when I was getting coffee in the lobby and I heard another staff member say it.
