Comfortable room. Other guests were loudly opening the door to their room in the middle of the night.

− That I was charged for two waters when the lift was broken for our whole stay. I understand that it’s not anyone’s fault it was broken but late at night getting back when I asked for two waters and some snacks from mini bar. As walking up and down hundreds of stairs each time being on level 5 to get charged for the two waters I thought wasn’t right.
