Easy to get to Medical
10.0Room was clean close to what I needed , Medical. Easy to get to from Airport . Will probably stay here again next time I’ve got to come to Cairns
For the price it’s fine
8.0I have stayed here 5 or so times when I’m in cairns as I find it in a great location, comfy and the staff are always great. Better now the pool is back in operation again, and I believe the rooms are being renovated slowly. The only complaint I have is asking for a late checkout, I always get the same story of 11 is the latest because someone is checking into that room. I find it hard to believe as the place was empty on my last visit.
Third stay
10.0Good overnight stay, room next door was noisy until early hours of the morning but it was great to see the pool back after replacement following cyclone Jasper.
Good choice
8.0Great location to Cairns CBD, the area where we stayed was a little bit tired but there is some refurbishment in progress. No complaints, and we enjoyed our stay. I recommend this place.
Awful hotel
2.0Hotel was dated and in urgent need of renovation. No pool access, it was a building site. Breakfast was located in a Chinese restaurant and was awful. The restaurant was filthy, struggled to find a clean table to sit at. Didn't go there the next day and went out for breakfast. Must be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs!
