Everything was great , we was one exit away from different stores and restaurants near south lake mall

1.0There was one customer service rep name Kim that was a big help. She was very friendly and assisted with all my concerns and needs.
− I didn’t like the property overall. For the price that I paid it was not worth it. The customer service rep Akash was rude, not only to me but to others. Both of my rooms smelled bad. There was dog food in the rooms on the floor. Housekeeping did not come not one time I was there. In order for me to get clean towels I had to go and ask about them myself and take my old towels down for them to wash. The toilet was broken, and there was a hole in the dresser. Both of my rooms have flies, nets and mosquitoes. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been at. My skin broke out real bad while I was there. The doctor said that the room wasn’t cleaned and that’s what broke my skin out and when I said something to the representative Akash, he was rude and told me I can vacate the property if I had an issue. I paid a lot of money for these rooms and in my room, it was told that I cannot use the Jacuzzi. I uploaded the picture.

1.0Nothing NEVER STAY HERE . I wouldn’t stay here if my life depended on it, I literally got bed bugs from this place . My arm,neck and foot was covered in bed bug bites and they tried to tell me that they don’t have bed bugs when I clearly they did when I saw one.
− BED BUGS IN MY ROOM, MY ROOM SMELT BAD AND THEY JUST TRIED TO SPRAY IT DOWN WITH PERFUME BEFORE STAY. The hotel is outdated, hallway smelled like death, gym room smell like old mold and mildew. The carpet Is so nasty , this hotel is to accommodate for having a DOG only . I felt like I was at a doggy hotel for the amount of dogs staying in 1 hotel.
Terrible I left! We Lost money on this day. Very dirty hotel.
