10.0Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing location right across from Boise Centre.
− No breakfast, but very close to Boise Bodega so you can stock up on some breakfast items.

9.0The number one thing here is cleanliness and comfort. Each room delivers a very comfortable stay and even with being next to busy streets is very quiet. The location is perfect and allows for exploring downtown Boise without the need for four wheels.
− There is no room service and the snack area to purchase after hours is lacking. For example, there's no popcorn or a wide variety of snacks. They do have good snacks but I just wish they had more variety.
Great stay. We will definitely stay here again.
9.0Great location. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff if very nice. Ben was incredibly helpful upon check in.
− The air conditioner was a little noisy, coffee service in the morning could use some upgrades. Coffee was only lukewarm a few times due to the carafe it is held in.
