10.0I checked out of a hotel room we had been in less than 24 hours because it was horrible. I really didn’t have the money to lose but I took a chance on complaining to see if they would not charge me(thank God they didn’t) I went on line and found the nearby Embassy Suites and checked in that same day. Every single thing was magnificent. The food the drinks. My grandkids swam until I got tired. Every so often you just have to splurge. I definitely can’t afford Embassy Suites every time I travel (fixed income). But I will definitely check first and if the rates are to high I will just keep looking
