10.0Przy kolejnym pobycie w Rzymie na pewno wybiorę ten hotel.Bardzo dobre śniadania,duży wybór dań .Miły personel, super lokalizacja.
− Nie było nic takiego.
A definite TES
8.0The design of the hotel. You felt like you were walking through an old Sicilian town going to your room. The breakfast was very delicious with good choices. The location was good as well.
− The size of the shower.
Good hotel in Rome
8.0Good hotel in Rome; friendly staff, nice restaurants nearby and close to the city.
− Rooms are not too big but that’s Rome
Nice family break at Rome Garden Hotel
8.0Was wary at first after reading various reviews but the hotel was fine and suited us for what we needed. Our room was on the 4th floor, there was a lift and on arrival the room was fresh and clean, massive queen bed and also two singles which was perfect for our family of four (quadruple room). Clean bathroom, 2 towels each and a selection of bathroom goods. Plenty of hot water and the air-con was very good which was a god-send as it was extremely hot both day and night. Clean white bedding and comfy beds. Our room had its own terraces which was nice for us to sit and have a natter! TV in room but we didn’t use it. There were certain areas that needed tidying up/freshened up but feel that is perhaps an ongoing project of the hotel. We tried to get out early every morning to avoid the crowds/heat so only had breakfast on our last morning, girls had cereal and I had croissants & coffee which were all good. Reception helped us when we needed to book a cab and were all friendly. All in all a nice place for a short family break. Only negative was the distance from sights, would have been walkable if it hadn’t have been so hot. We downloaded the Freenow app and they were very reliable :-)
Lovely hotel, just too quiet and far from city centre
6.0The location is further away from the city centre than we expected. To walk would be about 40 minutes which was ok but in 36 degree heat it took its toll sometimes so we got cabs quite often. The was no atmosphere at all. It advertised a bar in the evening but it was held in the same garden as breakfast and you just requested drinks - twice we went and it was empty both times. The room was nice and clean, beds made and towels changed everyday. The beds however were extremely hard - I was fine but my husband wasn’t and his creaked on every movement he made. I can’t comment on the value as I didn’t book it. The only noise we heard was the emergency services…..and it was often. However we only heard it when in the bathroom as the window was always open. The service and staff were great, I got my gluten free bits every morning (bread, muffins and butter biscuits were available). They were always friendly and helped my husband sort an anniversary surprise for me, the lady was very excited when she asked me if I liked it. This is not a normal hotel we would stay at - we normally go for a big busy hotel, the only downside was the location. If you want a quiet stay then this is for you. Thank you all
Good
8.0So I was a little dubious about this hotel !! Booked with confidence after reading the good reviews however along came some negativity. However I will speak as I found , as a lone parent with two teenagers I couldn’t fault the place, I did contact them prior to ask if I could stay in the main part of the hotel rather than an annex which was adhered, room clean with good maid service every day, little away from the main attractions, however we preferred this, Lots of bars and restaurants nearby all at reasonable prices , only fault was breakfast was a little repetitive and not much choice, other reviews mention bed bugs , only bites we had were I think mosquito’s. Staff friendly and helpful, wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.
