2.0Absolutely the worst hotel ever. Our booked room not available - "upgraded" to smoking room. Holes in bedspread. Burn marks in bathroom. Disgusting. Did not stay there. Want refund immediately!!!!!!!!!!!

6.0This facility is very dated and in need of upgrades and repairs, and offers no amenities, reflective of the low cost vs several chains in the area. Easy, convenient walking distance from Proctors Theatre. Easy check-in, friendly staff, ample parking.
