The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of outlets and some USB ports. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for us, and it was cool to see the Algonquin Hotel across the street.

− The shower took quite a while to warm up; for a while I was afraid there was no hot water. Even on a high floor, there was quite a lot of street noise. The elevators were small and made some nerve-wracking noises.

The double bed rooms were a great size, especially in New York terms. staff was attentive. if we needed something, like last minute room cleaning; it got done , and done well. Thank you Royalton
