1.0− Our room was not clean. Microwave didnt work and after my 4th request, we finally got a portable microwave Saturday, after being there since Thursday. People smoking all kinds of stuff all over the property. The bathroom light was literally leaking, the towels look dated. We had no choice but stay in the assigned room because there was nothing else available and was not allowed an early checkout

1.0− This accommodation was not habitable by me and my family. It was very dirty. Blood stains on the sheet, eating in the microwave, the toilet dirty, ..., you get sick. You have confirmed the cancellation in writing on site, but you do not respond to booking's relevant emails. They want to hide and I hope I forget. I have a signed confirmation from the frontdesk. I have pictures...
