− Carpark is very tricky.

6.0location and convenience of Brisbane private next door easy to get food at lobby cafe/restaurant parking on site and reasonable fee compared with other hotels
− mould on carpet outside room - musty smell noise of other rooms, but that can be at any hotel

4.0The room itself was nice and it was clean. Bathroom was tiny and felt like Uni Students style accommodation.
− 2 young lads on room next to mine were smoking on their balcony and making so much noise. Ended up having to knock on their door to tell them to either go out partying or be quiet they only looked 15 yrs old, wtf? No night reception so no safety at all in the building with any issues overnight. Lots of vagrant's in the area around it so not safe at night.
