9.0Camera e Pulizia: La nostra stanza al 5° piano era molto silenziosa, ideale per riposare bene. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l'ordine e la pulizia impeccabile, garantiti ogni giorno. Staff: Il personale si è dimostrato sempre professionale, gentile e disponibile. Posizione: La struttura si trova in una zona centrale eccezionale, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città.
− Politica di pagamento: L'unico aspetto negativo riguarda la richiesta di saldare l'intero importo del soggiorno al momento dell'arrivo. Avrei preferito poter pagare al momento del check-out, come avviene solitamente.

9.0The hotel has a perfect location to reach a lot of things by foot if you want to, decent enough room size and friendly staff. When booking we also made a good deal so I'm overall happy.
− The cleaning staff was a bit too thourough and not only replaced toiletry items that I would still have used up but even my OWN product was thrown away, probably because it looked somewhat like soap, even though it looked very different than the hotel's soap -- however that was my shampoo which I use because I can't use products that contain parfum on my scalp...
