4.0Shower didn’t have any pressure and the shower head was broken . There was no hand soap at the sink . The remotes for the tv didn’t work , had to go to the front desk for a new one

6.0Everything seemed to be clean except for the floor, needed a good mopping. Staff was very helpful. We stayed two nights, easy in and out.
