− The pool and hot tub were in very sad shape. They were not clean and the pool plaster had huge holes in it which left gravel like material all over the bottom of the pool.

10.0Dieses bezaubernde Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Die Suite, die wir bewohnten war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Kochnische. Es war extrem ruhig rundherum, das Frühstück typisch amerikanisch mit Bacon und Rührei und vor allem der wunderschöne Garten mit dem dazugehörenden Teich incl. Springbrunnen waren sowohl Morgens als auch Abends (dann angestrahlt) ein richtiger Entspannungsherd. Auch das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder!!!!!
− Die W-Lan! Sie funktionierte leider innerhalb der Suite überhaupt nicht. Da wir aber eine SIM-Card ohne GB-Begrenzung hatten, war das, für uns zumindest, kein großes Problem.
Terrible stay
1.0Location
− There were bugs crawling on the beds and in the couch beds. We switched rooms and the second had black bugs and false eyelashes on the floor. Laundry was not maintained. Floors dirty, machines not working properly. No one answers the front desk phone or is ever at the desk. Breakfast was terrible not edible. Pool was cloudy like it’s not cleaned with stains or rust inside.
