3.0It’s a sprawling property right at the river bank and with views of the Athirapilly falls from an elevated platform. Plenty of space for outdoor games and has a large number of trees. Staff, especially at the restaurant were courteous and prompt at service. Food provided was decent.
− The property did not meet expectations considering the price paid of around 9k a night. There was an unpleasant odour upon entering the suite, the bed’s headboard was unclean and bathroom fixtures were partially broken. The walls were dirty with visible cracks and there were faulty light fittings along with cobwebs in certain areas. Overall, the property appears poorly maintained, reflecting a lack of attention to detail from the management. This property has great scope to be fabulous if maintained very well.
