10.0First time visiting Changsha, and I gotta say, this hotel totally delivered! The service was top-notch, and the room had some seriously cool amenities. You can tell they really thought about what travelers actually need—it's those little human-centric design touches that make a huge difference. Super satisfied with my stay!

8.0The Hotel looks nice, clean and well maintained. What I didn't like is, barely no one speaks English, it was hard to communicate with simple requests. Had some issues while checking out due to staff not being competent on the process. They kept trying to make me pay for things that are already paid for. That confusion made me miss my taxi. Also no coffee in the lobby and cleaning staff ignores "Don't disturb" sign that I had on my door multiple times and they still entered the room each time.
