10.0The studio apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean AND quiet. The climate control was very good and the kitchen had new appliances. The location is central to downtown and parking was convenient. The furniture and TV were new. The owners maintained timely and helpful contact by email.

9.0The accommodation was a very large bedroom kitchen and bathroom. Very clean. In a nice position
− We had trouble opening the outer door. It was a key code but it took us ages to get the door open. The next day we bumped into someone who was cleaning and she explained they had a problem which was sorted but she gave us a key just in case. It would have been better if they had sent us a message before we arrived to explain as we were getting worried we wouldn't get in
