Cool Pool / Crappy Parking & Fees
8.0Great experience, food is great, room is great, pool is cute. One thing that is a huge bummer I that they do not provide any parking and its $35 plus an additional $30 for a resort fee + tax so just include an additional $100 + when you have this place in mind.
Not My Best Hotel Stay
6.0The hotel staff has always been very nice and the restaurant is excellent. On the other hand, comfortable seating doesn't exist in the rooms and the lighting is inadequate.

10.0This hotel is amazing and very beautiful, lots of storage, good toiletries and a great location. Reese helped us at check in and was lovely!
Lovely staycation
10.0The hotel is so cute and design is modern desert chic; very much like the Ace properties. The staff was very accommodating with our late checkout when we had to change rooms and housekeeping was polite and patient with us. Marie at the restaurant was amazing. We also really enjoyed Alistair and Cecily; consistently great vibes from all of the staff at Marco Polo and we were happy to see them each day. Marie went out of her way to help us multiple days in a row and I hope there is someone like her at every restaurant i go to in the future. Perfect customer service each time we interacted with her. She even helped us extend our room when the hotel was sold out! Bravo Marie and all the staff at Marco Polo
Amazing staff and Beautiful hotel
10.0We had such an amazing time here! Reesee and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and aesthetically cute! Would highly recommend staying here.
