2.0Bonjour Établissement a fuir absolument , je ne suis pas le seul à être arnaqué, j’ai réservé pour trois nuits ( réservation confirme et paye en totalité, sur la réservation était marqué un numéro marocain qu’il faut appelé avant 24h pour ré-confirmer la réservation ( le numéro ne fonctionne pas ) Après enquête je me suis rendu compte qui ont loué l’appartement à une personne qui a réservé pour une longue durée Résultat après un long trajet (600km) avec un bébé en plein canicule ( mois d’août ), je me suis retrouvé sans hôtel et impossible de se reloger. Malgré mon statut Gold d hôtels.com Le service client n’a pas pris au sérieux ma demande de relogement ainsi ils ont montré un manque de professionnalisme troublant Un derniers conseil : Client : éviter les agences de ce genre (app osm) et opter pour des chaînes hôtels sérieux A Hôtels.com : avant de signe un contrat avec des agences marocaine assurer vous quelles sont fiable. Et pense à former vos collaborateurs (service après vente ) Cordialement Omar G
