Spoilt by the extremely poor receptionist.
4.0− The receptionist when we arrived was just about the ridest person you could ever meet. This left us with a very bad feeling.
Disappointing.
3.0It was a cute refurbishment of a historic building. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
− Lodgings would have served us fine but the wildfire smoke was awful. It seeped through the windows and we had to leave because with asthmatics in our family, we couldn't stay because even the indoor air quality was unsafe. There was no attempt to make us whole and the hotel charged us for the entire stay even though we had to depart early because their facility was not safe for us to stay at.
