9.0Room 31 was very comfortable, hotel Location is great, beautiful interiors in the local style, friendly professional staff, good facilities.
− Breakfast was not impressive for a 5 star hotel, the room lacks some usual features for 5 star hotels such as water kettle. For a daily rate above EUR 500 even in Palma the hotel should up its overall level a bit.
