10.0The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. Nice hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, ham depending on the morning. Convenient access to sites in and around Asheville. Our room had a couch and coffee table. It was a great setup because we were there for 5 nights.
Decent value for the convienience of the location. However, don’t expect much. Perfect for a one or two night max stay.
6.0The convenience of the location
− Older and run down in some ways. Our room was missing outlet covers on the plugs so wires were exposed. One room was very musty and humid. The other room we had smelled of sewer and bleach. That smell fortunately went away after the first night

8.0Comfortable, good breakfast, helpful staff
− Some highway noise. No freezer included with mini fridge- this is usually found in a mini fridge and is helpful when traveling. Need coffee cup lids!
