− Non è un b&b perché non c'è presenza di gestore né personale. Pulizia camera e letto, tra primo e secondo giorno non eseguita. Dotazione per la colazione del secondo giorno: non pervenuta. Non si può quindi definire un B&B, che è una struttura di tipo alberghiero anche se semplificata, ma si deve quindi specificare che si tratta di un "affitto breve" in cui, in caso di permanenza di più notti, l'ospite deve fare da sè le attività di riordino della camera. Nel bagno (per il resto ottimo) non funziona la luce dello specchio. Nell'ingresso c'è un avviso per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno non aggiornato riguardo al costo della medesima. Le critiche che esprimo sono finalizzate a suggerire all'organizzazione il miglioramento di alcuni dettagli che renderebbero perfetta l'offerta già di per sè molto buona.

10.0Camera grande ed accogliente. La struttura è molto pulita. La posizione è comoda per il parcheggio e con una camminata tranquilla di 10 minuti di arriva in centro.
