− No pool, stunk, AC's didn't work

− The beds were not all that comfortable and the air unit in the room was a little on the loud side.
Clean and friendly, just not as advertised
8.0Clean and friendly. Everything in the room worked as it should. Breakfast was fresh and good.
− There is no pool. I understand that they are renovating and have eliminated the pool, but it was advertised to have a pool. The main reason we booked this hotel was to have pool access. Amenities should be updated to not include the pool.

− The remote didn’t work. The replacement remote didn’t work. The carpets were coming up in the borders and all shredded. It was very dated. No wash clothes in the room.
