6.0food was limited but what was there was good, pool ok grounds pleasing. Staff on site were helpful as much as they could
− not plumbed for hot water - showers were cold - nozzzle on shower blocked - tv did not work - no top sheets on beds -I was the only guest and key staff seem to be missing - asked for room to be made up cant /house keeper not in -ask for upgrade Manager missing.. this hotel needs to be managed well, Location is a little Isolated so unless you have Transport is hard to travel to site see or shop

1.0The staff were helpful but restricted. The location was ok.
− No internet in the room, There was no water coming out of the nozzle, all out the leaking hose, The hose by the toilet was leaking so the floor was wet all the time. There was only a bottom sheet on the bottom, no sheet on top, the blankets which only covered half the bed, so 2 were needed for two people. The bed was very hard. The aircon was very loud and not very good. We were moved rooms because a previous guest had complained about the loud aircon and was moved into our room before we arrived. There are no signs outside the property and no evidence of where the property is. What a bad experience. It currently has a rating of 7.5, I think this will drop rapidly

10.0Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice spacious forest resort, with friendly staff and big pool. Really good value for money. Liked being in nature.
