2.0I stayed at the GreenTree Inn Flagstaff and enjoyed a classic American breakfast — cereal, waffles, jams, yogurt, and coffee. Special thanks to the staff, who kept everything clean and well-stocked
− I was disappointed with my stay at the GreenTree Inn Flagstaff. After checkout, the hotel charged around $25 per room from my deposit without any explanation. No additional fees were mentioned during the checkout process. I tried to reach the hotel directly, by email, and through Booking.com, but every attempt was ignored. I'm leaving a low rating because a hotel at this level should respond to a guest's inquiry — and future guests should be aware of this before booking

− I had to eg to get room cleaned and even when I was on the list it was never done… staff also did nothing to fix it
