8.0un endroit calme, les chambres sont propres,la résidence n'est pas récente avec une insonorisation de la porte a revoir mais c'est surtout la salle de bain qui a besoin d'une rénovation douche exiguë avec un rideau ou il n'est pas facile de se laver.

6.0Impession d'abandon des locaux, fuite deau dans le batiment suite à beaucoup de pluie tombée. La verrière de la piscine verdâtre, sale. Dans l'ensemble, manque dentretien. Sur le reste, rien à dire. Bon accueil, chanbre propre.

8.0Joli endroit bien entretenu. Rapport / Qualité Prix très bien Ma chambre navait pas été nettoyée (poussières et moutons au sol) Pas de Wi-Fi Des petits produits style gel douche et shampoing seraient appréciés. Le + : La piscine mais elle ferme à 19h ce qui dommage.

8.0Piriac est un bon choix très beau village à visiter à le soir à la fraîche. Bars et restaurants sympa. Les alentours sont intéressants aussi à visiter.
