6.0− Tardamos una hora en poder entrar al apartamento por un problema con los códigos. No había café en la habitación y tampoco lo repusieron. Una de las ventanas estaba rota, pero la arreglaron con inmediatez. El interlocutor de atención al cliente, a cargo de una IA.

− Cheiro insuportável de cigarro, desde a entrada do prédio até dentro do apartamento. Móveis da cozinha quebrados, ar-condicionado não funciona direto, simplesmente não refrigera.
