− Had to walk 10 minutes to the parking garage. Could not leave the parking garage unless you wanted to pay $25 each time. The hotel would not wave the fee. Could not go to the rooftop unless a $130 fee was paid. There wasn’t anything in the walked distance either.
Awesome Stay at Canopy by Hilton Columbus Downtown Short North
9.0The location was a perfect choice for the purpose I came to the US. The room was big and spacious enough to provide the required comfort, though the mattress on the bed was too soft for my choice. The staff were friendly and quite accommodating. They were ready and willing to attend to you 24/7.

Great Wedding Experience with Liz
10.0I cannot gush about this hotel, and more specifically Liz Vernon, enough! I got married last weekend. We hosted our welcome cocktail reception here as well as our room block. Liz was an absolute joy to work with the whole time. She was flexible with phone calls, met with us at least three times in person, and made sure all our needs were met. People loved the outdoor space on the second floor for the cocktail reception. After our wedding, we also went up to the rooftop bar. The room was clean and had a sweet handwritten note/champagne bottle waiting for us. I toured many hotels in Columbus to find the best one for the hotel block and reception, this was the perfect mix for both.

10.0The hotel was a home and the staff were friendly and professional.
− The mattress on the bed was too soft though it still provided a high degree of comfort and there was no kettle to boil water in the room, though hot water runs from the tap, probably the reason a kettle wasn't provided.
