It had cockroaches

− During our stay we had a very negative experience. In one of the apartments, we found cockroaches in the sofa bed where guests were supposed to sleep. When we contacted the provided phone number, we were told there was no immediate solution and were advised to stay in the apartment for the night as there was no problem in sleeping with cockroaches. Told us the issue had to be addressed the following day. However, the next day we were contacted again as if the situation had not been communicated internally, indicating poor coordination between staff. They later offered a “cleaning and disinfection” and claimed that no cockroaches were found. However, when we returned to the apartment that same day, we found cockroaches again and had to remove them ourselves. After sending photos as evidence, the response was limited to an apology, with no concrete solution or compensation offered. We were very disappointed with both the hygiene standards and the lack of an appropriate response to such an issue.

10.0Wspaniały apartament , przy jednej z głównych ulic Katanii. Wszystko zgodne z opisem , wygląd apartamentu jak na zdjęciach. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, apartament bardzo czysty i wyposażony w niezbędny sprzęt . Od początku do końca bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo cenimy sobie, że mogliśmy zameldować się zaraz po przylocie, mimo późnej godziny nocnej. Bardzo sprawnie odebraliśmy klucze i załatwiliśmy niezbędne formalności. Na powitanie czekała na nas butelka wina oraz małe przekąski.

8.0Pulita, accogliente, spaziosa. Ottima accoglienza e tutte le spiegazioni necessarie. Ottima location. Prezzo imbattibile.
− Come sempre in italia, non si sa perché, nessuna sbarra per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno. Quindi restano bagnati. Peccato che non ci fossero prodotti per la doccia, che abbiamo dovuto comprare all’ultimo secondo
