We all enjoyed our holiday; we had initial issues but they were addressed within 24 hours by Jessica and Olivier. Peace
7.0Lovely Villa, in secure and quiet area. Modern and airy with well equipped kitchen. Great WiFi. Golf 10 min walk; The beach is a 15 min walk but very pleasant. The villa provides beach chairs and mats.
− Transport needed for everything. But taxis are reliable and fair. Cars are also freely available to hire. Beach beds are not available on Mont Choisy Beach.

8.0The representative at Pam Golding was wonderful and supportive, everything was in walking distance of our apartment. Great place to be at with the family.
− The only issue was lots of the time their was no hot water.
Holy moly not luxury…
6.0Stay away, dirty and worn furniture. Rats, mice and ants all over apartment. Nobody does anything to clean up after them. Sticky pest paper and poison laying free for days. Dont bring children.

8.0Breakfast was not part of the Rate, but the Restaurant within Mont Choisy Golf Club does Offer Breakfast and Lunch, and was just OK, nothing really special The Size of the Unit we had was excellent, and kept clean most of the days except Sundays & Public Holidays The Pools were really Great and Special The Apartment was Very Well Equipped, especially the Kitchen and Dining (Cutlery, Crockery, Glassware, etc). It exceeded our expectations in this area. Proximity to the Beach was OK, though when you go on a Coastal Holiday, Mauritius in particular - one would prefer a property where I can see the Ocean instead of driving to see the Ocean. Our Host was very helpful, we asked for assistance to get a qualified Chef, which she did - but both Chef's never pitched; which was very disappointing. This is really not the Fault of our Host, she tried to make an extra effort to assist us. She also linked us with a Tour Operator - which worked.
− 1. The main Bedroom Bed was Terrible, the mattress even bulged out, without a person on it. It bulged even more with a person on it. Most days we woke up with sore back. 2. Not having the Cleaning Team daily was not good, especially for the type of money the property charges. The nice Fans in the Apartment don't seem to be cleaned regularly, they were full of dust on the blades. 3. Towels and later discovered that Sheets to change beds are supplied, but the HouseKeepers do not change the beds. Apparently, we should change whenever we feel like it. 4. To run around buying Toilet paper is a negative for the place. Toilet paper is not really an expensive item, considering the rate they charge. Imagine Holiday makers who do not have a car, having to arrange a Taxi to go buy Toilet paper. It's extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate. Luckily, we had a car but the process of getting such items would take you 30 - 45 minutes. 5. No dishwasher soap (Tablets) 6. The notion that the Apartment is not a Hotel, and will thus not provide full services should change. This property has been put onto Booking.com, to provide a Hospitality Service, it should at least provide these services - else remove it from Booking.Com
