4.0There was no breakfast offered, so we cannot rate it. It was a self check-in which was good, once you figured out how to hard press the keys on the lock. A digitalised one would be better. We arrived very late due to our delayed bus and all we wanted to do was shower and go to bed. Just one functional dim light above the bed. The side lamps had their plugs pulled out & it wasn't possible to plug it in. The water in the shower was DISASTROUS, to say the least. The force was as good as non-existent with just a trickle flowing down. Now imagine a head full of shampoo that took forever to wash off! For the price we paid, this was a total rip-off. We travel a lot and did not expect a 5 star property but BASIC needs should be complied with. Since there's no staff around, there was no way to rectify it. We stayed just for one night. I did let the housekeeper know about the non-existent water force and hope it got rectified for the next guests. We stayed in Room No. 5
