Payed but never stayed
2.0I booked to hotel at 7:46pm and was charged full price. I arrived at hotel around 11pm. Nobody was there at the door. After calling I just got an answer in local language that hotel is booked out and they cannot help me. So I called hotel com support to assist me but they could not convince hotel management to even grant a refund. These are just facts, make your own conclusions. Thank you
