A nice hotel but very skeptic staff, with stoic treatment.
6.0The breakfast had a good variety of Philipno dishes. However the international (continantal) dishes were very basci (only omlette bar). Adding cheese variety and some sliced meats would be better.
− I stayed in all kinds of Hotels all over the world. Howeve this hotel was the only one to ask me to pay in cash up-fornt a security deposit for the room. They asked for 2000 pesos (PER NIGHT). They said it would be refunded, but I have not seen this practice in any of the normal hotels any place in the world, let alone a well knonw chain like best Western. When I simply clarified why, they redcued the total amount to 2000 pesos, The other thing happened upon check out when I came to the reception and handed my card key, they would not refund the amount until one of their staff went up and phyisically checked the room, I did infact received my deposit back 10 minutes after, but I did NOT like at all the treatment of paying a secirity deposit up-front, then getting room inspected upon departure.

3.0− a cockroach fell down from the ventilator while I sat down on the toilet, I panic, that was the second time I saw the roach in the bath room. I never have seen roaches in the rooms while traveling, I travel very often in various countries, but this trip is one of the worst memorable one for me...... And the shower booth's smell was really bad, it was not properly cleaned that stinks from the sewer was coming up constantly, it was a torture in the booth.
