1.0I didn't like anything about it. When booking I selected pay at the property and they tried to charge my cards 10 days before my stay as well as the morning of when I was not at the property. The receptionist had a nasty attitude with me over the phone when I asked about it and my boyfriend when we went to pay so we would lose our room.

9.0Clean, convenient to our destination. I believe it was the owners of the Super 8, They recommended a place for home cooked breakfast, Poor Richard's Cafe on Ave K. OMG, it was a fabulous breakfast. #1 in our book.
Expected low-cost hotel problems
4.0I understand this is a low-cost hotel, but the room smelled like smoke. The mattress was bent and hurt my back, and I ended up staying awake all night. The bathroom sink was falling apart, and the towels were so small they seemed designed for babies.
Some Queen beds are uncomfortable and some rooms doesn’t have cable , and the breakfast is horrible. Mostly cereal and

− The manager is rude , when i told the manager his attitude was making me uncomfortable he kicked me out of the hotel .
