10.0Every detail of care shown to the guests, the Master's attentiveness—everything was so wholesome and unique. I especially appreciated the small signs on the food items displaying the caloric information. A perfect location, nestled amidst the mountains and Mother Ganga.

− The front desk staff are not able to handle all requests, they need multiple reminders… Not sure if the reception is under staffed, but there are communication gaps…
